  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    New clients? Your therapist will contact you and send a payment link through Square. To secure your appointment, full payment must be completed within 6 hours of booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.

    Returning clients canpay in person on the day of their appointment.

    We accept card payments through Square (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex) in Japanese Yen, with the conversion rate based on the daily exchange rate. We also accept cash payments in USD or the equivalent in Japanese Yen.

    Please note that card transactions incur a 2.5% surcharge. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    Yes, we do. Gift Certificates can be purchased only in person at ZenVida Wellness Center. If you would like to purchase a gift card send us an email.

  • Where should I park?

    Please park at the back of the building in parking spot 202. You will notice the ZenVida flags at the entrance of the parking lot. We have marked the spot with a ZenVida Massage Sign on the concrete parking stop blocks.

  • Do you provide home services?

    Currently, we do not offer home services.

  • Do you use massage oil?

    We use coconut oil or a blended lotion for all our massages, except Thai massages (no oil). Please talk to your massage therapist about your preferences and prices before the massage.

  • Is it normal to feel sore after my massage?

    It depends. It is not uncommon to be sore on the 2nd or even 3rd day after. Delayed-Onset Muscle Soreness can develop 6-8 hours after the massage.
